Injuries
in the sport that is the destruction of tissue (soft or hard) both
muscles, bones or joints caused by technical errors, collisions or
activity that exceeds the capabilities that can cause pain, bruising,
and even grew large and small lumps so that muscles, bones or joints are no longer in a state or anatomical position (dislocation).
Prevention of injury during exercise or play can certainly be prevented and in such case may be by the football athletes.There
are also ways - ways of preventing injuries in sport, among others :
the awareness of the various parties and of course the athletes
themselves that have to avoid the risk of injury, injury can also be
prevented or cured do include: ( 1 ) the muscles have to be strong or
lentuk,
( 2 ) need a good stretching exercises and muscle strengthening, ( 3 )
before and after playing football should do pemanasaan and cooling, ( 4
) when you are well rested injury, ( 5 ) with peranfisioterapi, ( 6 )
a suitable exercise program the
state of the athlete, ( 7 ) medical care or physician, ( 8 ) as
needed polamakan quality athletes ( 9 ) does not violate any applicable
laws when competing.
